Golden Charter is required to invest all funeral plan payments into a trust fund run by an independent Board of Trustees or a life assurance policy regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA). This means your money is managed independently from Golden Charter itself.
