Survey Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

· A UK resident.

· Over the age of 16 years.

· An active Thistle Credit Union member, saving either monthly or weekly basis.

· Not currently in arrears.

Competition details:

· To enter members must comment with their name and email address in question 1 and answer the survey.

· Entries must be in by midnight Monday 18th October 2021.

· 1 entry per member.

· The winner will be announced Friday 22nd October 2021.

Prize and announcement details:

· 1 prize is available of £50.

· The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

· The winner will be announced on social media.

· If the prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner then after 10 working days from notification the prize will no longer be available to that member without liability to Thistle Credit Union.

· The winner, whose prize has been forfeited, is not entitled to any compensation.

· Thistle Credit Union reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

· The decision of Thistle Credit Union in all matters under its control is final and binding.

· Survey responses may be used for marketing purposes - they will always remain anonymous.

· Members entering prize draw will all be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
